I've been missing playing poker lately, as you may have surmised. I started a new job last month, and my commute time has increased by almost two hours a day. Not only that, I have to get up earlier in the morning, so it's a double whammy. This week, I decided to just go to bed early every night, so I wouldn't get into sleep debt. I foresee only being able to play poker one or two nights a week now, which is a bummer. Oh well, at least that's better than nothing!

The title of this post comes from a car commercial of some odd years ago; I don't remember which type of car. It was spoken by an actor with a raspy voice and a slight country twang. It could very well be a regional saying which the ad agency appropriated, but I hadn't heard it before. I'm using it to refer to the cowboy attitude I had during the last hand of last Friday night's session. There was a lot of action at the table, and I decided to go all in on a flush draw.
