Back alley mugging

Back in the days when the PokerStars software allowed me to save the hand histories, I researched my most common holding when hitting the rail in a tournament. As I recall, it was a big slick (ace king). Last night, history repeated itself. I lost to a T9o (ten nine offsuit). My opponent paired both his hole cards on the flop. It felt like getting mugged in a back alley.
