The Judas card

Have I mentioned before that poker can be a cruel game? Sometimes, even the cruelest? That was borne out again for me last night, on my final hand. I was short-stacked, and shoved preflop with A3s (ace trey suited). I made a backdoor flush on the river, but the very card which gave me the flush gave my opponent a full house. Rail city. I just ran my percent at river utility on that hand. The verdict? My holding, in combination with the community cards, beat 97.17% of all possible opponent holdings. Cry me a river :-)
