G.O.P.s

One of the many nice things about MTT-Rs is that they provide you with G.O.P.s - in other words,  Guaranteed Official Places. In a tournament without rebuys, you can't be guaranteed of an official place since you can't guarantee that you won't bust before the late registration period ends. In a tournament with rebuys, you can simply rebuy as many times as necessary to ensure that you outlast the late registration period; after that, every player who busts receives an official place.

Last night, I played two MTT-8games and two MTT-R NLHEs. I had 0 official places in the MTT 8-games. In other news, my blue distance has topped 2 million once more. Time to get on my horse!
