When the money bubble burst last night, I was the caboose boy. I was three spots away from the first money jump, which was an additional $44,000. I decided to "nit it up"; in other words, to fold the vast majority of the time. When I made it to the first money jump, I was still the caboose boy. I was able to ladder up one more spot, but that was still two spots away from the second money jump, which was an additional $62,000. I'm convinced that one of the reasons I do so well in tournaments is my willingness to fold in situations where others would be unwilling.
