My career ITM (in the money) batting average for MTT NLHE is a super decent .417 (431 for 1034). I have no realistic chance of ever raising it up to .500. However, I can reach it by shortening the observation window :-) I achieved a .508 average (33 for 65) in 2015, and I have a good shot at hitting .500 in 2020. I currently stand at .477 (93 for 195).
