In last night's post, I broke rule #1 when you're on a winning streak - never talk about it until it's over. Not only did I talk about it, I positively crowed. Serves me right that I missed the money. I was doing really well until the hand where I was dealt baby cowboys (pocket jacks). An opponent I had covered went all in preflop, and I called. When he turned over A7o (ace seven offsuit) I knew I was a big favorite. However, he flopped an ace, and his pair of aces held up. That left me with just north of 1,000 chips, and they didn't last much longer.
