Bubbles and bubble bubbles

When you come in one place out of the money, you've bubbled. When you come in two places out of the money, you've bubbled the bubble. Last night, I bubbled the bubble. The night before, I also bubbled the bubble in the first tournament I played. These near misses made me curious about how much money I've lost on MTT-R NLHE bubbles and bubble bubbles. The answer:
