A look back at my poker year

Last night's post probably should have been a retrospective of my 2014 poker year, but I didn't think of it at the time. Accordingly, I'll write about that tonight. 2014 was my second best year, profit-wise. I gained $2,467,065, second only to 2012's $3,093,183. Not coincidentally, 2012 and 2014 are the only two years where I entered any sit and gos; I gained $1,168,090 playing sit and gos in 2012 and $472,950 playing them in 2014. The most exciting thing that happened to me poker-wise in 2014 was my accidental discovery of 8-game tournaments, and my later discovery of 8-game multi-table tournaments (MTTs). I have a hunch I was born to play 8-games, and you know how we poker players like our hunches :-) I made $544,000 playing 8-games in 2014, $127,300 of which was from MTTs. I look forward to continued success with my new favorite flavor :-)
