Last night, I suffered yaao - yet another aces out - in the only MTT-R NLHE I entered. It was my first aces out in over two months. After the flop, I was an 87.17% favorite, but it wasn't meant to be. I failed to make the money in any of the four tournaments I played. Once again, my blue distance has topped 5 million. I'd like to think there's nowhere to go but up, but that's not strictly true :-)

Last night, I suffered yaao - yet another aces out. I lost to a player with pocket jacks, who hit a set on the river. Friends and neighbors, that's what's known in the business as a two outer. Some numbers:

- it was the 18th aces out of my MTT-R NLHE career
- I lost the 2nd largest amount of chips of those 18 hands
- it was the 5th time I was beaten by a two outer

Can I just say, ouch?

I've now had 7 losing sessions in a row, and my blue distance has ballooned up to $2,554,000. One solace - that's still a long ways off from its all-time high of $3,971,000.
