Long gone and hard to find

I played well last night. Well enough to win. However, it wasn't to be. Although I outlasted over 80% of my opponents, that wasn't good enough to make the money. Had I been playing a midnight train, I would have been in like Flynn. But, as the late great Boston Red Sox sportscaster Ned Martin used to say about home runs, midnight trains are "long gone and hard to find" :-)
